The Mission of the Practice:
To have a significant, positive impact on the influencing skills of current and future business executives.
To develop the personal, interpersonal and leadership effectiveness of these executives via our coaching, mentoring and group communication capabilities.
While our primary focus is the design and delivery of leadership development programs for our clients, we have also undertaken change leadership, executive coaching, career
management, personal effectiveness and other people-centric coaching projects. Every program run has received an overall participant rating of “excellent” or higher.
Mike Jenner leads the conception, design and execution of all the practice’s projects. Since founding the practice, Mike has had the opportunity to work personally with over 600 mid
to senior level executives from across the globe.
We also maintain a global network of skilled executives with significant experience working on assignments with Mike who contribute on an as-needed basis.
We have worked with clients headquartered in the U.S., Europe and Australia. We pride ourselves on our expertise working equally effectively in the executive suite and on
the management front line. Our clients have encompassed both Managing Partners and newly minted MBAs.
